What we sell
We sell digital perfume formulas: documents specifying materials, percentages and instructions for making fragrances. They are delivered electronically and are for your personal, non-commercial use unless you have separate written permission from us.
Licence & permitted use
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the formula to make fragrance for your own use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share or post the formula content, in whole or in part. Each purchase is tied to your account.
Original reconstructions & trademarks
Our formulas are original reconstructions — our own interpretations created to evoke the character of well-known fragrances. They are not the confidential formulae of any fragrance house, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any brand named on this site. Brand and fragrance names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only nominatively, to describe the style a formula interprets (for example, “inspired by”). We do not use brand logos and do not claim to sell any branded product. You agree not to use anything you make from our formulas in any way that infringes a third party’s trademark, including selling a finished fragrance under a trademarked name.
Safety, IFRA & your responsibility
Perfumery involves concentrated materials that can cause irritation or allergic reaction. You are responsible for handling materials safely, following supplier safety data, patch-testing, and complying with IFRA Standards and any applicable regulations — especially if you make anything for others. Information on the site is provided for educational purposes and is not safety, medical or legal advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don’t share access to purchased content.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your selected currency, with tax handled automatically where applicable. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The site and formulas are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for results arising from how you source materials or make a fragrance. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant formula.
